Preventive Maintenance Includes:
Daytime Service Contract:
This Annual Contract includes the Preventive Maintenance Plan plus the replacement of certain oil burner parts at no additional labor charge (See Parts Covered Section). Labor costs are covered from 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays).
24 Hour Service Contract:
Most Comprehensive Plan. Our 24hr. Service Contract includes all of the services performed under BOTH the Preventive Maintenance and the Daytime Service Contract. Plus, the labor is covered 24hr. a day for parts replaced in the Parts Covered Section.

Water Leak Plan
This Plan is only available to our Customers that purchased their 24hr. Heating System Service Contract for this year and provides the extra comfort and security from large repair bills all year long.
The Water Leak and Water Related Service Contract Plan: Covers the first 2hrs. of labor at no cost to you for repairs to your heating system while replacing parts listed in the (Parts covered section). All you will get billed for are the materials used for that repair job (does NOT include sinks, toilets, tubs, showers or other appliances).
The cost of the Plan is $110.00 for 1 years Coverage and must be Included with your 2019 24 Hour Preferred Customer Heating Service Contract Renewal. *Sorry, we cannot offer this plan for the daytime service contract, only customers that choose the 24 hour service contract.
- clean boiler or furnace flue
- replace oil filter and gasket, fuel-pump strainer, burner nozzle
- check fuel flow
- adjust flame igniters
- test transformer and high-tension leads
- inspect burner end cone
- clean burner fan and air shutter
- inspect burner pump coupling
- test flame safety lockout
- test high-temperature limit safety
- test low-water cutoff (steam system only)
- drain expansion tank if necessary
- test service switch operation
- lubricate burner motors
- lubricate circulator motors/blower motors
- inspect belts and air filter (warm air system)
