Company Policies & FAQ's
What is the minimum oil delivery?
100 gallons is our minimum delivery.
Why do I often get the voicemail when I call the office?
We are a small family run business. We are able to complete with and offer lower prices than many of the large oil and heating corporations because of our low overhead. Our office phone sync's with our cell phones. If you are calling to schedule routine service or an oil delivery, simply leave a message and we return your call when we get back in the office. If you have an emergency, we are able to get your message wherever we are and will get right back to you. We prioritize by customer need, so please be patient and realize that if we don't call you back immediately we are likely handling calls from customers with emergencies.
How do I become a new customer?
Simply call our office or send us an email with your basic information and availability. We will set up a time at your convenience to do a quick and free tank inspection just to make sure that your tank has no leaks and is safe to fill. After that, simply call our office when you require another delivery or request a delivery online.
What happens if I run out of oil?
We will need to get access to your oil burner and prime the system. The system will not start on its own if you run out of oil. There is an additional fee of $25.00 to prime your system by our delivery driver. Our oil trucks have limited tools on board. It is never good to let your tank run out of oil. This can cause sludge from the bottom of your oil tank to get into the oil lines, filters, strainer and nozzle. If we are unable to get your system back up and running because your lines, filters, strainer or nozzle are clogged, this may require a service call. If we need to dispatch the service technician and truck out to your home, you will be billed the appropriate service call rate.
How soon can I get a fuel oil delivery?
We request that you call AT LEAST one day before so that we can efficiently plan our delivery route and keep our costs and the costs to our customers as low as possible. Please give us 72 hours to delivery your oil and plan accordingly, especially when inclement weather is expected. We can do same day deliveries if needed. Same day deliveries during normal business hours are charged a re-route/same day fee of $80.00.
What if I have a fuel emergency?
We can make deliveries after hours and on weekends. Please call the office for fuel emergencies 603-893-1648.
How can I pay for my delivery?
Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We offer a variety of options for our customers and accept cash, check or credit card.
